Cancellation Policy
I understand that life can be unpredictable, and things come up such as sickness, personal emergency, or even bad weather. To ensure I can provide the best care to all of my clients, I kindly ask for the following:
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This gives a chance for other waiting clients to book your appointment slot.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may be subject to a 30% charge.
If an emergency arises, please reach out as soon as possible as your wellbeing and safety comes first. I strive to be as accommodating as possible when these situations arise :)
